Presently working in seven Indian Ports from Kandla (Gujrat) to Pandu (Assam), Sadhav has a diverse experience in Offshore Logistics, Coastal & Inland Logistics, Port Services and Oil Spill Response. We have set up India’s first Port based Tier 1 Oil Spill Response Facility and are now operating more than 8100m of oil booms across the coast.

Offshore Logistics

With a rich prior experience in Operations & Maintenance of Offshore Support Vessels since 1992, the company entered the vessel owning domain in 2013. This has proved to be one of the key events in our history with owning and employing an OSV in the challenging Indian Offshore market.
Ever since, the Company has proved to be a formidable player in the Indian Offshore market with professional ship owning and operating standards and new acquisitions and contracts.
We are now one of the preferred vendors in ONGC for Offshore Logistics with well-maintained high end DP vessels in our fleet. The company also shares a formidable operational up time of more than 93% which leads to satisfied clients with on time services.

Coastal Logistics

It is with the pioneering spirit that we started coal movement in Mumbai Harbour with owned and chartered barges. The company has a credible brand value in the lighterage trade with a dedicated fleet of owned vessels.
Starting as a single dumb barge owner, the company now owns and operates multiple self-propelled barges with more on charter in the West Coast of India.
We have also been the pioneers in inland water transportation via the Indo – Bangla Protocol route. Sadhav was the first company to use the Brahmaputra (NW-2) to transport POL’s from Assam to Bangladesh.

Port Services

Sadhav owns and operates multiple high speed crafts for patrolling and piloting purposes. All the crafts meet the ISPS Guidelines laid down by DG Shipping and are user friendly for CISF duties. We also provide trained manpower in various Ports and Marine Facilities to append the Ports’ resources.
Sadhav has built and operates state of art Hydrographic vessel “Sarvekshak”, which is currently deployed at Paradip Port. This Vessel is the first Vessel in Odisha built under MS Act. It is of state-of-the-art design replete with modern survey equipment’s and propulsion system. It is also the first boat in India to use carbon fiber shafts in the main shafting’s.

Oil Spill Response

Sadhav is the premier provider of Port based Oil Spill Response services and has set up India’s first Tier 1 Oil Spill Response Facility for Mumbai / JNPT Port. With the experience to developing the facility and India’s first indigenously built Oil Spill Response Vessel, we are now operating more than 8100m of booms across five major Indian Ports.
We were the first responders attending to MV Black Rose which sank off Paradip Port in 2009. Our efforts in containment and mitigation of Oil Spill has been well appreciated by the Indian Coast Guard and Paradip Port Trust.
Our personnel are trained and certified for IMO Level I/II/III and regular drills and exercises are imparting hands on training for the personnel. Our participation in National Level exercises has been exemplary alongwith the Indian Coast Guard and stake holders involved. Our participation in NATPOLREX VII, a national level Pollution Response exercise has seen delegates from 19 nations as observers.

Inland Logistics

With ample of space for your cargo, Sadhav’s Inland Logistics Park can customize the service offering according to your requirements. Located on National Highway 5, less than 8 kms from Paradip Port, the place serves as an important hub for export and import related cargo. Containers, Warehousing, Project Cargo and any other type of cargo can be handled safely and securely.
