Master Mariner and a Management Graduate from NMIMS, Capt. Choudhury is a Gold Medalist Fellow of Narottam Morajee Institiute of Shipping. He worked with the Mercantile Marine Dept. and ONGC prior to founding the Sadhav Group. Capt. Choudhury enjoys industry wide goodwill and credibility developed through the years. Apart from professional engagements, Capt. Choudhury is the President of Shraddha Foundation (our CSR arm), working selflessly for the cancer patients. He is also a devoted seeker having completed a two year residential spiritual course in Chinmaya Mission.

A graduate of Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, she brings her strong strategic marketing skills to Sadhav. Since joining Sadhav Offshore in 2011, she has pivoted the firm from being an Oil & Gas sector-only player, into becoming a leading Ship Repair & Ship Building services company and a Dry Dock operator working closely with the Indian Defense industry. Apart from her professional commitments, Devahuti presently devotes time to caring for her young family.
Vedant K. Choudhury

A Marine Engineer from BITS Pilani, Vedant was sailing on various types of ships with Wallem Ship Management. He has completed his Management education from IIT Bombay’s SJSOM. With his knowledge, experience and appreciation of ships, Vedant has been instrumental in establishing new verticals of Oil Spill Response and Offshore Vessel in the group. Vedant is also a key member of Shraddha Foundation (our CSR arm) and District Chairperson in the Lions Club.
Comdt. S.K. Pathak (ICG., Retd.)
Vice President, Ship Repair & Construction, Sadhav Kongsberg Waterjet Services
A dynamic ex CG officer and IRS Surveyor, Comdt. Pathak heads the Paradip Dry Dock
administration and Refits in the West Coast as well. He combines service-excellence with speed to
raise the standards in Dry dock and Ship Repair project management in order to achieve customer
delight. Comdt. Pathak’s responsibilities have been augmented to include the management of
captive Slipway, Ship building and Sadhav Kongsberg Waterjet Services
Mr. R K Panda
Vice President, Inland Logistics
Having served in the Indian railways, Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) and SICAL, with his deep knowledge, networks and experience in the multi-modal logistics industry, Mr.Panda spearheads the development of the Inland Logistics business at Sadhav.
Mr. Sanjay Pandey
General Manager, Slipway & Ship Building
With 32 years of experience in building of High-Speed Crafts, Ship repair and Classification services in Commercial and Defense vessels. Having worked with ABG Shipyard & SHM Shipcare and with Bureau Veritas as Surveyor, Mr. Pandey’s diverse experience includes new building projects delivered to Indian Navy, Coastguard, ONGC and BSF.
K. Sanyasi Rao
General Manager, Dry Dock & Ship Repair and POC, Sadhav Kongsberg Waterjet Services
Having over 30 years of Marine workshop experience, working in the field of Dry Docking and Ship Repairs, including with Goltens India and stints in Dubai, Mr. Rao’s even composure helps bring a balanced approach to the high-pressure ship repair environment. Mr. Rao also been given the additional charge of handling Sadhav Kongsberg Waterjet Services.
